AUDIO VISUAL DEPARTMENT

The A V Department consists of 3 members who service the entire School District. Our office is located on the 2nd Floor next to the Library office in the High School. If we are not in the office, you can leave a message or return any items to Dot Courtney in the Library.

Video Library

Stop by the AV Office for the following services,

 

*  Audio/Video Tape Duplication 

      (As per Copyright laws)

*  Laminating of Paper Materials 

      (Up to 24" Width)

*  Also Available at Star Center

*  Classroom Video Taping 

      (By Appointment Only)

*  Assessment of Teaching Skills 

    Certification Video Taping 

       (By Appointment Only)

*  Equipment Repair 

      (School AV Equipment Only)

 

We have over 1000 titles in our Video Library. The videos are welcome to any teacher in the district. 

Please DO NOT pass videos on to other teachers without notifying us.

Feel free to request videos by stopping by our office or  dropping a note in our mailbox in the Main Office.

Please return all videos promptly after using them.

Videos can be returned directly to the AV office or to Dot Courtney in the Library office.

Ask us about how you can recommend a video to be added  to our library.

 

 

 

Lighting and Sound Systems

Student ID Cards
We handle all Lighting and Sound requirements for the Auditorium such as school plays assemblies and outside shows. We can also provide on location Sound Systems. (Gym, Cafe... ) Please contact us in advance if you are planning to use the Auditorium and need Lighting and Sound support.

We photograph and issue all new Student ID cards.  Freshmen will be photographed during their Phys. Ed. class at the start of the year. All replacement cards will be issued at the cost of $3.00 per card in the Audio Visual  Office on Wednesdays between the hours of 7:00 - 7:30.

Please remember us when you are planning any event or presentation.

Notify us of your Audio/Visual needs well in advance of your event date so we may better prepare for it.
Early planning makes your presentation run smoothly....DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE !!!!
