FHS WINS THE L.I. CHALLENGE

Five Freeport Seniors Appear
In All-State Choral Groups, Orchestra

Five Freeport High School seniors were among 900 students throughout New York State who sang in prestigious All-State choral groups or played in the All-State Symphonic Band  in Albany in December. Andrew McCreary and Lara Sergi sang in the Mixed Chorus, Sabrina Geraci-Yee and Michele Waters sang in the Women’s Choir, and Steven Gianacca played in the Symphonic Band.

FHS Music Director Stephen Pagano said that Freeport has a tradition of sending a number of students to All State Choirs and Bands each year.
