Students in the sixth-grade Dual Language program at Freeport's Caroline G. Atkinson School perform traditional Latin American dance numbers at a School Board meeting.
In addition to the dances, students recited informative descriptions of cultural icons and countries in both English and Spanish. In some instances, primarily English-speaking students recited in Spanish, and primarily Spanish-speaking students recited in English.
