While Archer Street School second-grade teacher Gwen Garland readies a box of Valentine cards for veterans, students Angel Portillo (left) and Anthony Ferreira show their own creations. Garland’s entire class made beautiful cards that were sent to Councilwoman Angie Cullin’s office for distribution.
