| Some Freeport High School students are members of student
government. For the '06-'07 school year, they decided to dedicate their
mission to community service. |

Last Thursday, the students were featured on News 12 Long Island's
Students Making A Difference segment. The students baked dozens of apple
pies and brought them to the Mary Brennan Inn in Hempstead. The INN is
Long Island's largest soup kitchen and feeds close to 300 people a day. |
