Freeport Public Schools is proud to announce the outstanding academic achievements of the top 10 students of the Class of 2021. During a breakfast honoring the top ten students on Oct. 30, Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Kishore Kuncham congratulated the students for their dedication and hard work throughout their academic careers.

“Everything you have done from pre-K to your senior year has brought you to this moment,” said Dr. Kuncham. “Your discipline, commitment and dedication each and every day has put you in the top ten. On behalf of Freeport, I extend my congratulations. You make us proud.”

The top ten students of the class of 2021 are Valedictorian Shyanne Gardner, Salutatorian Mia Sorrentio, #3 Nicole Bailey, #4 Oghenenyerovwo Omokeni, #5 Jayda Pollard, #6 Sabrina Johnson, #7 Hameedah Lawal, #8 Tatiana Lugo Aquino, #9 Genevieve Himmelberg, and #10 Alexa Rivera.
