Brooklyn Water Works

Black a white photograph of the Brooklyn Water Works now located north of Sunrise Highway on Brookside Avenue. Side spur from the Long Island Railroad goes behind the water works in direction of the northeast. In front of the building is a holding pond as well as the north end of Millburn Pond. In the lower left end of the photo is a commercial building with the word Vegetone on the roof.

In the center of the photograph is the pipelin road (Brooklyn Water Works) that will later become Sunrise Highway.
