Youth on Parade

| A Select Chorus of the New Visions School
of Exploration and Discovery was Second Place winner in the K-8th
Grade Vocal Group category in the county-wide Performing Arts competition
at the fifteenth Annual "Youth on Parade."

| This showcase of youth talent was held at
Hofstra's University's John Cranford Adams Playhouse on Thursday, January
13, 2000. A plaque acknowledging their achievement was presented to the
group on behalf of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Celebration
Committee of Nassau County, Inc.'s Youth and Education Committee.
